CHANGE OF HEART RETURNS
At Alume we pride ourselves on delivering high quality products that you'll enjoy. We will happily accept a change of mind within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • You may return new unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
    - Please note shipping cost will required to be paid if the return is purely a change of mind. This includes international orders (different rates may apply).
  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Items that have been opened or used, as well as customized or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
  • Please pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
